Chuck Lee currently serves as Head of CRE Securitization and Warehouse Finance at Credit Suisse, in addition to serving as President and CEO of Credit Suisse Commercial Mortgage Securities Corp. Chuck also currently serves as Chairman-Elect for the Board of Governors of the CRE Finance Council (“CREFC”). Mr. Lee joined Credit Suisse in August 2014 from JPMorgan, where he was an Executive Director in the CMBS Capital Markets Group. From 2010-2014, Mr. Lee primarily focused on 3rd party clients in the CRE capital markets space and activities including the development of the 1st post-crisis CRE distressed and NPL securitization financing vehicles as well as oversight of CRE mortgage and mezzanine loan repo facilities, CRE CLOs, managing the bank's Freddie Mac Multifamily securitization activity and spearheading the bank's Canadian CMBS initiative.

In addition, Mr. Lee was a Director in Deutsche Bank’s Global CRE Group (2007-2010) where he was responsible for client coverage, advisory services and oversight over the execution of varying types of CRE transactions including designing the first FDIC multi-bank equity participation vehicle and debt structure, conduit and large loan CMBS and assisting in the development of the Freddie-Mac K-series CME program. Prior to joining DB, Mr. Lee spent 10 years at JPMorgan (1997 - 2006) in the CMBS Capital Markets group in various securitizations, structuring, and credit committee capacities where he was named Head of Transaction Management supervising teams in NY and GA. Mr. Lee began his professional career in the mid-90s at FCI, where he performed asset management, loan workouts and liquidation services for the RTC and FDIC. He currently resides in New York City and holds a B.A. in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Yale University.
